Shipping:
Alice ships Worldwide from London,United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, you will be notified once your order has been dispatched for
delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping charges are applied at checkout.
UK: 1-3 business days £3-5
Europe: 3-5 business days £5-10
Rest of World: 3–7 business days £10+
Returns:
We do not process refunds or exchanges for change of mind, everything is made to order meaning that all sales are final. In the case that the piece is damaged due to a production misstep, we will provide a free repair or remake. If the item is damaged due to wear and tear we can repair it for a fee we will determine after inspecting the piece.
In terms of resizes, we offer a resize service for $40 plus postage both ways. Please note that some products cannot be resized due to being set with fragile stones which are damaged with heat, so it's particularly important to find the right size.
Returns need to be processed within 7 days of receiving the garment for UK orders and 14 days for international. At this stage we do not offer free returns, items need to be sent back to our store at your own cost. To Drop off returns / exchanges please do so when notified via email or alternatively within our opening / store pick up hours.
Sample and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or repair. All sales are final. Alicelangbrown is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays out of our control.
Made To Order:
You will be notified directly when pre-order / made to order items are ready for delivery. The time these items take should be clear to you upon making order, if delays on these items are to occur you will be notified directly.
Cancellation Policy:
Because all the orders made are processed immediately, the cancellation of a submitted order is not accepted, so make sure you are certain you want to buy your items before submitting your order.
